I have been training for about 1 year after taking a break for years. I need a nutrition program. I'm good at weight now, but I can't get rid of the belly. I have always dreamed of a slightly large and bellyless body . If you help me with a regular nutrition program, I will definitely follow myself as a result of the program.
Eating something for haybe before and after sports does not give a solution.
I would be very happy if you write a step-by-step program such as morning, noon, before and after training. (I'm also waiting for supplement recommendations)

Weight: 92 (too much for my height) I have an endomorph body type.
