Carbohydrate advice

Hello friends, now I have 2600 calories that I take daily.
88gr Oil
14 g sugar
146 grams of protein
295g carbohydrates
I consume 5 whole eggs, 200 gr oats and curd rice etc. per day. Now what I really want is to increase this calorie to 3000 or 3100, but the fat should not increase too much while raising it. Can you write the high-carbohydrate foods you can recommend to me?
