I'm starting clean bulk with today. I've been on a diet for about 2 3 months. My goal is to add clean muscle mass to my body, how exactly do I calculate the calories I need to take daily, and how many calories should I start with in order to gain the least amount of fat? I will gain weight again, how many kilos of muscle do you think I can gain by that date?
