Exercising When The Body Is In A Destroyed Condition

As you can see from the title, I train hard on my body and I don't have the luxury of not doing it. We are in the pre-season (my major is basketball). I have training 3 hours later and there is no muscle group in my body that does not hurt. A few friends said to apply muscle relaxers and get training. What can be done ?
