I decided to start the definition.
Height: 170
Weight: 62
Fat rate: 18%
I will take 1500 calories on average.
My workout plan
Monday: Fullbody
Tuesday: Abs
Wednesday: Fullbody
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Fullbody
Saturday: Abs
Sunday: OFF Day
In addition, I will take 10000 steps every day.

My target fat percentage is around 14-15%.
