Hello to everyone. I'm finally starting to burn fat because I'm very seriously fat and belly. My goal is to go under 95 kg. It would be great if I could reduce my oil level to 15. I use ZMA and creatine as supplements.
Current weights and measurements
114 kg (I'm using creatine, it's seriously watered down)
Waist 107 cm from the thickest part
Fat rate 24-25%
Nutrition
I'll start with 2500 calories. Upper/lower body workout 3 times a week and cardio whenever possible. I will increase my protein intake above 150 grams and try to eat clean. I hope I can make it.
