Good day guys.
When I saw that my waist circumference was 103 cm, I started doing cardio at home with body weight along with diet. It's been 15-16 days, I do it for a day and take a break for a day. There is a decrease of 3 cm. Good morale. At home, I do burpee, push-ups, jumping lunge, leg raise, jumping jack, shadow boxing, mountain climber, squat, high knee total of 10 movements, each 30 seconds in the form of hiit 3 sets of 5 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes in total, including the abdominal movements, when you finish with the warm-up beforehand. Height decreased to 178 kilos, 83tu 80, waist 103tu 100cm, do you think I am on the right track? Also, I eat last at 6 pm. I don't eat anything for 4 hours and start at 10 pm. When I finish training, I don't eat anything. Is this true? The goal is to burn fat. In the future, I can do before and after like here
