Idea about my fat burning program

Hello guys;
I'm 91 kilos
my height is 1.87
waist: 97cm
I went to the gym for 1.5 years before, and then I had to take a break. I went from 80 kilos to 93.3 kilos because I did not do any active work. I started the gym again last month and lost 2.3 kilos in 1 month. This is too little for me. I want to write my new program and I'm curious about your ideas.
My training program consists of 2 days and repeats itself. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I go for cardio on Saturday and Sunday whenever I can.
Everyday
1 hour weight
1 hour treadmill (running and walking)
1 hour of cycling (at an average speed of 30 km)
I will start tomorrow. I will do this for 2 months from tomorrow. My goal is to fall between 75-78 kilos. My only problem is food. I don't have a breakfast habit because I get up very early and I don't have time to eat.
How soon can I reach my goal with this program?
