Deadlift 2x6-8
Goblet Squat 3x12
Bentover row 3x10
db inc bench press 3x8-10
lateral side 3x10-12
triceps pushdwon - close grip z bar curl 2x10-10 Superset

I enter 3 different programs a week, but I am not sure about this program, I am waiting for your suggestions.
