monday chest arm
Tuesday shoulder back
Wednesday off
Thursday chest leg
Friday shoulder back
How do you think, guys, I've been using the program for 1 month. It's nice. I can work every muscle 2 times a week. I don't do the back arm.
Nutrition 450grams carb 1800calories
80 grams of fat 720 calories
180 grams of protein 600 calories a total of 3120 calories
