I have entered the 3rd week since I entered my 3rd month.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulder
Wednesday: Leg
Thursday: Back, wing
Friday: I work as forearm, back arm.
I have movement issues. I don't know how many moves I should do, how many repetitions I should do. I would be glad if you help.
