Hello there. I have a question. Let's say I'm not getting enough calories. I throw, I need 2500 calories. I take 1500 calories. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to burn fat and lose weight, right? Unhealthy foods, high fat etc. Does consumption prevent it? In other words, excess fat, unnecessary carbohydrates, etc. in those 1500 calories. Let's say there is. Even if we consume these, we still have a deficit of 1000 calories. What would be the result in this case?
