quince belly training and nutrition

first of all, I'm new to the forum, I've lost 9kg by doing regular sports and trying to learn a balanced diet for 6 months, but I seriously want a fit body. What can you suggest for me to melt my quince belly and make my muscles visible?
note: I don't go to the gym almost every day I either walk or run (20-30 minutes) my diet is not strict, it's balanced and I make jillian six week 6 pack at home for my stomach. I also do sports for the general body, but I don't need to write them, I think the target is your abdomen.

waist: 67
hips: 91
height:150
weight: 47-48
I haven't had my fat percentage measured yet, I think I'm aiming to be around 22 to 45kg.

breakfast: (fixed every day)
5-7 nuts
2-3 cheeses
2 slices of bread

call: (fixed)
1 green apple
1 can of plain milk
