Risk of sagging skin

80 I dropped from 87 kilos to this weight with fitness + diet this summer. There is no visible sagging in my chest and abdomen, but I feel like I have a little on my arm. My goal is to see 75 kilos in these 2 months. If I drop to this weight, will I have skin sagging and will that little sagging on my arm be recovered with muscle work?
In my diet, I focus on protein, milk, yogurt, meat, eggs, my general preference, I do not take carbohydrates.
