Training recommendation

Friends, I am doing sports at home, I have been applying this program as 1 day off 1 day on for 5-6 months, but now I think I should switch to the new program because I am not satisfied when the training is over. I have adjustable dumbbells and straight bar at home, this is my schedule;
Plan A (Day 1)
squat,
BentOverRov,
benchpress,
Lateral Raise,
Barbell Curl

B (Day 2)
deadlift
military press
dumbbell row
Lying dumbbells triceps
Shuttle
