My height is 171
It collects in the hip and hip area as weight. Although I am at this weight, I have no complaints in the upper region. My diet is as follows;
NOTE: I am working as a fullbody. 1 day training 1 day off. I don't do cardio because I stand up at work and I'm a little active socially.
Morning
4 egg whites 2 yolks, 4-5 cherry tomatoes, 4-5 olives or;
100 g oats 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
Afternoon
If it's training day
100 g boiled chicken 100 g rice
If it's off day
150-250 grams of boiled chicken

evening
Standard
250 g boiled chicken or 160 g tuna fish with salad

Snack: Unsweetened coffee
What I want at that moment tangerine banana apple etc.
Almond Peanut Nuts. For the need for fat and satiety without exaggeration.

With this diet and heavy training, I set a goal of 4 months. What is wrong or right?
