I want to gain weight proportionally, I increased my calorie amount by taking protein and carbohydrates. You may have heard of the Sworkit application, and I do the pilates exercise for 30 minutes every day. (Squat, crunch....) stretching movements, leg, hip and arm movements for 1 minute without weight. But you say, do it as a set, can't I get results like this, or should I turn every move into a set?
