I was on a diet for almost 3 months, I broke a lot in the first 1 month, it was not regular, but 2 . Every month I ran every morning and dieted. The first month I ran I ate only 500 calories, 65 percent protein 20 percent carbohydrates 15 percent fat 3 . I signed up for the gym in a month, now I take 700 800 calories, and I lost 127 kilos to 102 kilos. I am trying to get my daily protein needs. I get almost no fat from food. I'm in my 3rd month right now, I'm doing a fast run for the first 20 minutes in the gym, after that, I weigh up to 1.30 hours - the teacher makes adaptations (chest-arm-shoulder-back-ten and hind legs) I do 50 sit-ups.
