About going from full body to split

Hello there,
I've been doing fullbody for 4 months. Now I want to switch to split. I have the opportunity to train for 1 or 1.5 hours 3 days a week.

How do you think I should group so that I can get 100% efficiency? Can you divide the weekly program into Days and make a grouping?
