Belly melting problem?

Hello friends. 2 months ago, my weight was 83 kg and my fat ratio was around 27%. By creating a calorie deficit and exercising regularly with my own body weight, I dropped up to 76 kg. My fat ratio is around 21% right now. But I'm 178 cm tall. My ideal weight is between 73-75. Even though I'm approaching this weight, I still have a bit of a belly. I'm on a low carb diet. I never consume sugar (except for 1 banana a day). Simple sugar is completely out of my life anyway. I also get my necessary macros. But this belly still remains, albeit a bit. Although it is not very obvious when I am standing, my skin folds 2-3 times when I sit on the floor.
What should I do? What do you recommend? How does that tummy get flat? I intend to pull back the fat ratio and focus on clean bulking and muscle development. But I couldn't get rid of the belly completely and of course the fat ratio.
