Can I get your ideas for my fat burning diet list?

Hello everyone, I'm 176 cm and 87 kg. I start sports on Monday, I got a diet list for burning fat from my teacher, but there is no way I can prepare some things from the list given by the teacher, you see. I did my own eliminations and came up with a list, but the total Kcal value is 1050 and I know it is very little. What can I sprinkle on my diet list, how can I make changes? I would be very grateful if you could help. (I will also use CLA and L-Carnitine support)

morning :

4 egg whites
1 Tomato
1 Cucumber
1 Slice of Rye Bread
1 Slice Fat-Free Feta Cheese
2-3 green olives

Search :

handful of hazelnuts

Afternoon :

150gr Boiled Chicken
2 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
Boiled potato

Evening :

same as lunch
1 Slice of Rye Bread
