Can you evaluate the Full Body program?

Hello there,
For 4 months, I have been using the following program 2 days a week without too much difficulty and by sticking to the forms, 2 days a week. How useful is this program?

Height: 183
kg:92

Chest:4-5 movements 3x 12,,3x8,3x6
Triceps: 4-5 moves 3x 12, 3x8,3x6
Biceps: 4-5 moves 3x 12, 3x8,3x6
Back: 2-3 movements 3x 12,3x8,3x6
Shoulder: 2-3 movements 3x 12, 3x8,3x6
Leg: 3-4 movements 3x 12, 3x8, 3x6
As I increase the weight in the sets, the repetitions decrease, I lift the maximum weight I can lift in the last sets. Thank you in advance for your comments.
