I will be starting the sport again soon. my height is 183 cm and my weight is 115. what are the supplements I can use? I can't do cardio because I already spend 1 hour walking a day. Is there a weight program where I can lose weight by lifting weights? and is there a diet suitable for this height and weight, please help. this intermediate body mass index is 31% and has a sports background.
