Hello, I don't know how to start. As I wrote in the title, I am confused, please help me benefit from your valuable information. First of all, I started fitness as a woman. As general information, I am 169 height 54 kg. I have been doing sports for 3 months, I may not be able to pronounce the names of some movements. I go to the gym every day, 1 day off and cardio, then stretching, lastly, I work with weights. My goal is a thin waist, full hips and abdominal muscles that every woman wants. I use supplements, but I do not want to gain weight, on the contrary, I need to lose even if it is regionally very little, by the way, my fat rate is 20. I want muscle, which is very obvious, with proper hard work, what should I take or what should I combine, I hope you understand me to achieve what I want, I am waiting for help.
