First of all, greetings to everyone.
I am 22 years old, 1.75 cm tall and 110 kg.
In the last two months, I have dropped from 125 kilos to 110 by walking and paying attention to what I eat.
-20min treadmill
-15 min bikes and elliptical bikes
-2x50 stick flips
-3x12 shuttle on trestle
-3x15 side shuttle
-3x15 lower abdominal sit-ups
-3x15 leg machines
-15min free cardio
The program was like this, especially on the elliptical bike and sit-ups. Because I was afraid, I decided to consult you. I can spare time for the gym 5 days a week. I want to learn what I should pay attention to in a cardio program that I can apply without straining my joints and without any injury.
