Hello Friends,

Let me briefly summarize my situation and move on to my confusing question.
I have been training 5 days a week nonstop for 11 months, with body weight for the last 2 months. I'm 189, my weight is 75, my age is 37. I've been on a definition diet for 2 months. I've been on a ketogenic diet for 10 days. My waist got thinner, your abdominal muscles started to come out slightly. However, I want my abdominal muscles to be well defined, but I do not want to get too weak. I especially want to melt the lower abdomen and thin my skin.

In summary, I calculated one tdee as 2800 calories according to my height, weight and training rate. I've been on a 500 calorie deficit for a month. My question is; During this period, carbohydrates and sugar are also expected to be low. I'm confused about my macros.

Low fat and low carbohydrate mean high protein, and excess protein increases the fat ratio.

My macros are;
kilos x 2.2 protein = 165 g - 660 cal
Protein 2/3 ounce healthy fat = 110 g - 990 cal
To complete my macro, I take 162 g of carbohydrates, the rest of which is carbohydrates.

What do you think of these macros to thin my skin?
