I split 2 zones 5-6 days a week 1
My goal is to lose weight but it's been 2 months, every day I weigh in, it changes from 82 the next day to 84 the next day, it keeps changing, I'm using creatine, is it because of water retention, should I quit creatine, it might be preventing me from burning fat.
Normally, when I went on a manly diet, I was able to achieve the form I wanted very easily around 3-4 months, but now no matter what I try, low-intensity cardio, high-intensity cardio, brown priinc bulgur, I tried many things, but there is no change, neither in the mirror nor in the scale.
