does it mean my triceps is developing?

I'm an 8-month-old athlete at home, I came to a point with my own means, for the first time I put triceps dips in my program, while doing 4 sets of 8 -7-6-5, I can now do 4 sets of 8-8-7-7. This is just because the muscle adapts, or does it mean that my triceps has grown?
