Effect of Smoking on Sports?

Greetings to all friends,
I have a sports life for a long time. I had licenses in basketball and table tennis until university and I did most of the branches. I did this sport when I was in the first high school, I quit after about 3 months. I started again and now I am in my 4th month. Anyway, let me come to the question I will ask. I smoke hookah 3 days a week in between and I have problems in sports. I work full body 3-4 days a week and most of the time my training does not exceed 1 hour (if I do not put cardio at the end of the training). I would not get tired of it. I threw it out slowly. I was worse in my first months, but I still think that the effects of hookah are there. I am not completely addicted, but if I don't smoke hookah, I still have nicotine appetite. That's why I switched to e-cigarettes. Do you think my condition will improve in the long run, what can I do?
