Even if I burn fat, the weight does not decrease.

I have been doing this sport for 3 years. I can always lose weight easily in definition. When I say definition bulk, I go back and forth between 95-80 a lot. So I am experienced in weight loss and weight loss.
My problem is this:
I lost 105kg after taking a break from sports for a year. I started sports and cardio again. In the definition, I do what I did before, I do more cardio, etc. I pay more attention to calories. But for some reason, while trying to lose weight for a month, I went up to 106 kg and gained 1 more kg. The main problem is that my waist circumference decreased from 117cm to 102cm.
In other words, my waist became 15 cm thinner in a month and I gained 1 kg. I don't understand if there is a problem or it should be, it seems like it doesn't work when I see an increase in the scale, but the measurements are not less ice, I see the decrease by measuring 15 cm day by day. What do you think, am I on the right track with this?
