I do this sport regularly and irregularly, I have always done split programs, but I read that the best result is to work a region at least 2 times a week, now I found a new program Monday-Thursday leg press,lunge,leg curl,roman deadlift,calf raise,barbell curl ,triceps pushdownl . Tuesday-friday bench press,dumbell fly,overhead press,lateral raise,barbell row, seated row, crunch . Now, what I don't understand is that when the arm works on the leg day, the next day, both the back, chest and shoulders will be activated again, and when this happens, the arm will be rested, do you think, would you recommend this program?
