Hello, I'm new to the forum,
I've been in this sport for about 2 years. I have a regular diet and exercise program. I have decided to start the first institution. Since it is difficult to find Sustanon, I will prefer a sustanon-like omnadren of European pharmacy origin. My aim is to increase the mass I am in a little bit. An athletic fitness style body is my goal.

Height: 180cm
Weight: 80
Fat ratio: around 10.5% - 11.5%
BMR: around 1700 calories
If TDEE: around 2600 calories

Currency plan:
Omnadren 250mg/ml => Tuesday - Thursday injection days - 500 mg total (12 weeks, can be increased to 16 weeks as needed)
Pregnyl 250iu => Tuesday - Thursday injection days - total 500iu (14 weeks)
Arimideks - a quarter of a tablet excessively a day (14 weeks I will observe a little and dosing according to the situation)

PCT:
At 14th week, 3 days after the last Thursday pregnyl

Training schedule:
I am planning to work as 3 full 1 empty 3 full, 3 days will be in the form of double zones, the second 3 days will be in the form of push-pull-legs. Volume, rep range, intensity, systems will be applied in different ways at different times. Daily exercises will be held at the same time (15.30). Bicycles are used to go to work place daily, so a total of 8 km - 30 minutes of cardio during the week. There will be sauna sessions 2-3 days a week. In addition, 30-minute sessions of swimming on your back at a very slow pace 3 days a week (for my spine disorders).

Diet:
