Hello guys. My height is 1.75 kg. I started sports on 62 Thursday. I have a little sports background before. Until two months ago, I was working at home with dumbbells myself. The program written by the teacher in the gym is 10 minutes of cycling, then 6 7 movements, usually with arms and shoulders, and 10 minutes of running as a finish. He wrote almost no movement for the sub-region. What do you think, should I do my own program? My oil rate is 15%. I want to tighten and have more defined lines.
