I do lunge, squat, leg extension, leg press, inner leg, outer leg, back leg, calf raises. I'm doing all 3x10. I usually try to do the movements with maximum weight. For example, I start squat from 40 and finish with 50 kg, in leg press I do 60 kg. I last worked between 25-30 kg for the hind leg and the front leg. Is this enough for the growth of the hip and hind leg muscles, are my set counts good or something? I attach great importance to squat, especially since it works all the muscles at the same time.
