Forearm Injury

First of all, greetings to everyone. In my chest-bicep training yesterday, after my cable chest fly movement, I had a small pain in my right forearm-wrist. I think its scientific name is flexor digitorum profundus. Out of curiosity, when I was wondering if the barbell curl experience would hurt, the pain got worse. Do you think this is normal? I have been in this sport for 3 years and this is the first time I have come across something like this. Today the pain got a little worse. Normally it's nothing but pain in that lifting position. On the one hand, I do not want to disrupt my training, but with this pain, I am not in a position to use my right arm. What do you recommend? I applied muscle relaxant cream but it doesn't seem to have much effect.
