I enter 3 different full programs (3 days a week training). In the program consisting of 8 movements, I was using 70% compound 30% isolated movement, I voluntarily lost 5 kilos with a small diet, but I lost a little more, albeit unintentionally, but the improvement is visible, of course, but I have volumetric loss. I am waiting
