Hello guys. Recently, even while warming up the biceps, there was stinging on the triceps side of the elbow and it was a slight pain in passive use, but I didn't care. Then I went to the physiotherapist and after a manual examination, he said it may be due to a lot of use, and he wrote the cream. Now, while warming up my biceps with a very light weight, I click on my elbow.
I can't work my arms for a few days without pain, other parts are with light weights. I continue to use the drug. Has anyone experienced such a disability before, what would you suggest I do?
