I'm 105 kilos, .190 height, overweight. I had previous sports experience, but I didn't show any volume development such as big biceps & triceps or chest and shoulder. I signed up for fitness 10 days ago, I was doing the exercises in the form of Less Weight, More Repetitions, but according to my research, this event is what people who define bulk do. It's a situation. My current muscles are weak, there is fat in general. After that, I have a lot of weight. After that, after 3 months of doing less repetitions (with well supported cardio movements) and developing the muscles, less weight. Would it be better if I switch to more repetitions? It's kind of like bulk training, but we arranged the nutrition in the form of weight loss.
