Hello there,
I just joined you. I have been doing fitness for 2.5 months. I started with HIIT and then I got into weights. I went to the living room at the same time every morning. I weighed 59 kilos when I started. I'm 54 Kilos right now. I lost 9 kg of fat.
But since I started sports, I can't sleep at night. My body is tired. He wants sleep. But my brain is always alive. I sleep like a doped Zombie. I'm fit when I wake up, it's okay.
The products I use are CLA, glutamine, L Carnitin, Protein powder, amino acid.
Before I started sports, I did not have such a problem. It started 10 days after starting sports. I'm really tired and want to sleep. But my brain is awake. I was wondering if this might have something to do with sports.
