Hello, I'm trying to get tight, my height is 167 kilos, my fat ratio is 25, my muscle ratio is 43. I signed up for the gym before, but I didn't see much improvement, probably because I didn't pay much attention to what I ate. Now I've been rewritten, I'm continuing within a program. My question to you is when my fat and muscle ratio reaches, I start to get tighter. If I pay attention, how soon can I see a change? Thanks in advance
