Hello, I started sports about 3 months ago when I was 70 kg. I am 76 kg now. Since all my efforts to gain weight in the past were in vain, I was burdened with the thought of whether I could gain it with sports. And now my skin thickness is about 2-3 cm (especially around the belly and waist). However, my close circle tells me to gain weight in line with gaining volume with sports. Currently, I only eat protein-focused, although I do not turn to carbohydrates, I cannot lose weight. What kind of process should I follow, I am waiting for your help.. First, I should burn my fat with cardio, high protein and low carbohydrates? Or should I take carbs to gain weight and continue?
