I Have Waxed Acne How Does It Go?

Hello there,
I had my arm and chest waxed at home. However, I got some acne on my arm and a lot of acne on my chest. Will these pimples go away? Do I need to apply cream, what should I apply?
Also, a few pimples on my arm have white tips. Acne usually occurs where the hair follicles are. What should I do.
