Hello, I'm 97 kilos with about 30 percent fat
day by day, I realized that my morale was getting worse and that I was starting to hate my own body.
I've been going to the gym for about 3 weeks.
I work shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, legs, so in a way, I do full body training.
I can feel my muscles developing, but I can neither lose weight nor burn fat.
I run at 8 for 5 minutes on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and walk for 3 minutes at 5.
My morning meal is 2 boiled eggs 1 slice of bran bread / 1 or 2 fruits at lunch / 100 grams of chicken breast salad for dinner. I use whey protein after sports. I go to the gym 4 days a week. I want to gain volume and muscle while burning fat, I'm never impatient but on the way There is something not going on, I am waiting for your advice and help..
