First of all, greetings, I have been doing sports for an average of 2 months, and my current measurements are as follows;
height 175
Weight 68.5 = 69.4
Fat ratio 17% = Between 15-14%
waist 84 = 80
Arm : 29 = 31.5
Shoulder 105 = 110
Bust : 88 = 91
Hips 100 = 94

I prepared a daily diet list of 2200 2300 calories on average, 100 grams of fat per day, 170 180 grams of protein and 160 grams of carbohydrates.
I want to lose an average of 2 kilos per month and drop to 66 kilos. According to my calculations, I can achieve 10% fat rate in 66 kg. What I want to learn is can I increase my shoulder size above 115 at 10% fat rate in a 6-month period?
