Hello, I go to sports in the first 2 months, I lost a total of 15 kilos from 138 kilos to 122 kilos, but I have not lost any weight for 3 weeks. I count in the same place, I do not break my diet, I go to sports constantly, how can I solve this problem, how can I accelerate my weight loss again?
