Hello, when I had my fat ratio measured, they said it was 18%. I want this value to be between 12-15% and my body to look thinner. I have reduced my fat percentage from 35% to 18% with diet and cardio work, by working as regularly as I can in a year, but my legs have a thickness compared to my upper body, probably due to my genetic predisposition. I want it to go in this thickness. If I reduce it to 12%, is it possible that my remaining fat will mostly go from my lower body because my upper body is thin enough anyway, and what are the harms for me to go down to 12-15%?
