Friends, my age is 28, my height is 1.84 kg, I have been doing sports for exactly 12 months, I have been doing sports once, I was away for 3 weeks. Apart from that, I did 3 days a week regularly and used 1 box of protein powder in the 5th month. I finished the Weider amino liquid in the 10th month and my weight is still the same body image. There is a 30% change in 12 months, but there has been no improvement in terms of gaining volume and weight gain. Where do you think I went wrong??
