Information about training intensity

Hello,
Two zones per day
Chest-Back arm
Back-Forearm
Leg-Shoulder
I continue my training.
But I could not decide on the intensity of my chest training, the training is as follows;
*Incline db bench press 4x10
*Low cable crossover 4x10
*Barbell flat bench press 4x10
*Cable fly 4x10
* Decline db bench press 3x10
*High cable fly 3x10
*Chest Dips
Will such intense training slow my progress?
What suggestions can you give?
