I have exceeded my weight quite a bit.. But now I started this way and I want to lose weight. I've been on a diet for 2 weeks now and going to the gym and working out cardio and weights.
I was 134 kg 2 weeks ago, now I look like 129 kg.
I do not want to lose weight too fast so that I do not experience sagging skin. When it comes to diet, I do not consume fatty, fried, sugar, flour, ready-made foods. I usually consume steamed vegetables, boiled chicken and turkey breast, eggs, salads without dressing and oil, oats, buckwheat (grecka), fruit and water.
If I want too much sugar, I make cocktails, sometimes I drink bananas, kefir, apples like noon.
In the gym: I cycle for 10 minutes, then work out weights and cycle for 1 hour, 10 more minutes.
