lower abdominal exercises suggestions

I have been doing sports for a long time, but recently I started to have stinging in my coccyx. I went to the doctor, the film was taken and it was determined that there was a 90-degree curvature in the last part. The doctor said to go as far as he went, but never do sit-up-like movements. That's why I can't get rid of my belly. What moves would you recommend?
